Create in 1954 under the name l'alsace aux Halles and refitted in 1996 in tavern Maître kanter, The house was preserved its architecture exterior inspired by the famous draughtsman Alsacien Hanzi.

Capacity of 250 directed places whose 100 full south, the tavern offers a fairy-like voyage in Alsace to you thanks to its typical kitchen and its varieties of sauerkrauts.

Located at two steps of the halles's forum , of the museum of the Louvre and the center Georges Pompidou, the taverne Maître Kanter can also accomodate groups for 40 peoples.
